On August 8th, ESPN2 became ESPN8: The Ocho. Borrowing from the hit comedy film Dodgeball, they devoted the day to covering little-known and wacky sports with over the top commentary and fanfare. KFC sponsored the entire day, and Ian was in charge of editing a total of 39 deliverables based around 6 scripted, comedic shorts, featuring Kenny Mayne and John Buccigross. Ian managed a team of three editors, one assistant editor, and one motion graphics artists over the course of an insane, 3 week turnaround.
